Safety Instructions

Before using MirrorPlay, remove all packaging and transport protectors.

MirrorPlay is exclusively designed for domestic use.

If you notice any damage or abnormal operation of the product, consult technical support before continuing use.

This device is not designed to be used by children or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities unless supervised or instructed on its use by a responsible person. This device is not a toy.

WARNING: Use the device only on recommended surfaces.

WARNING: Use the device only with MagSafe-compatible devices or with the adapter ring provided in the packaging.

WARNING: The magnet inside this device may cause injury if pinched between the device and a metallic surface. Keep it out of reach of children.

WARNING: The magnet inside this device may cause loss or corruption of personal data stored on items with magnetic strips, such as credit cards or similar.

WARNING: Ensure the suction cup and magnetic surface are clean before use.

Thank you for purchasing MirrorPlay. The entire team wishes you an extraordinary experience. Upon receiving the product, ensure the packaging is undamaged and that the product inside is unaffected. Once unpacked, keep the packaging for a reasonable time until you verify the product's proper functionality.

IMPORTANT: Sort the packaging materials by type and dispose of them in the appropriate recycling bins.

Device Preparation

  1. Ensure the surface where you will place MirrorPlay is free of liquids, grease or dust. If not, clean it with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly.
  2. Ensure the suction cup surface of MirrorPlay is clean. Its glossy finish may accumulate dust that reduces adhesion.
  3. Ensure your MirrorPlay is in its resting position. Turn both parts of the MirrorPlay body counterclockwise to check.

Operation

Securing your device with the Mirrorplay mount

  1. Place MirrorPlay on the desired surface and turn it a quarter turn clockwise until you feel a confirmation "click."
  2. Attach your MagSafe-equipped electronic device, or use the adapter ring, to the magnetic surface.

WARNING: Ensure the MagSafe ring on your device aligns with that of MirrorPlay before releasing it.

Magnetic Sticker Ring Adapter: 

  • It may not work with with silicone, heavily textured cases, most TPU cases and bare devices. Magsafe compatible case is strongly recommended.
  • Place the adapter on the exterior of the case

Optional Smart features (NFC)

  1. Setup the desired automation using the Apple® Shortcuts App (Apple devices) or the MirrorPlay App on Android devices.
  2. Bring your phone's NFC reader (top-back for iPhones, center-back for Androids) close to the center of MirrorPlay to trigger the automation

Internal Operation

Locking Mechanism

Turning the top part of MirrorPlay lifts the center of the suction cup, creating a vacuum that secures the device to the surface. This prevents detachment. At the end of the suction cup’s upward motion, a locking mechanism engages to maintain suction.

Smart Automation

When the mobile device or tablet's NFC reader is brought close to the MirrorPlay center, it reads the unique code on the NFC tag, triggering the programmed action on the phone. Users can personalize the desired action for scanning the NFC code on their phone.

Phone Attachment

When you bring an iPhone or iPad with MagSafe technology close to MirrorPlay, the device will attach securely via the hidden magnet beneath the surface.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Cleaning the Suction Cup:

  • Remove any dust, grease, or debris from the suction cup by rinsing it gently with warm water.
  • Use a mild, non-abrasive soap if necessary to remove grease or sticky residues.
  • After cleaning, let the suction cup air dry completely or pat it dry with a soft, lint-free cloth before reuse.

Cleaning the Magnetic Surface:

  • Use the provided cotton cleaning cloth or a soft microfiber cloth to wipe away fingerprints, dust, or smudges.
  • Avoid using water or cleaning solutions on the magnetic surface to prevent damage to the internal components.

Cleaning the Device Body:

  • Wipe the body of MirrorPlay with a damp cloth to remove dirt or stains.
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaning pads, as they may scratch the surface.

Regular Cleaning Schedule:

  • Clean the suction cup and magnetic surface periodically, especially if the suction strength or magnetic hold decreases.

Warranty

This product comes with a 2-year warranty from the purchase date. A purchase invoice showing the date must be presented.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects under applicable national legislation. The following cases are not covered:

  • The device has been overused, misused, dropped, exposed to moisture, treated with corrosive substances, or otherwise mishandled by the consumer.
  • The product has been disassembled, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • The failure is due to normal wear and tear of components.

IMPORTANT: Do not dispose of this product in household waste. Use the nearest authorised electrical waste disposal center.
